Why Ka-in?
Our carefully curated K-Beauty selection is based on quality and all products are supplied by official brands / distributors / importers.
All the products that we sell are registered by an RP in the EU and labeled in accordance with the cosmetics laws and regulations of the European Union.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Ka-in is an online shop. Orders are shipped from Amsterdam by post (or via local delivery service within Amsterdam).
Are the products cruelty-free?
Yes. Animal testing for cosmetics is prohibited by law in Europe, that applies to end-products as well as individual ingredients. The products we offer are registered in accordance with the cosmetics laws and regulations of the EU.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4,95. Free shipping applies to orders of €50 and above in the Netherlands. More information about shipping and / or rates outside the Netherlands can be found on our Shipping page.
How can I return an item / order and what about refunds?

When will my order be shipped?
We normally ship orders on the next business day, sometimes also on Saturdays.
Can I track my order?
You can always track your parcel on PostNL via the link you receive by email. Local delivery in Amsterdam always takes place on a prearranged day & time slot.
